At eomini, customer satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains return, exchange, and refund conditions for orders placed via https://eomini.com.
1) Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
EU consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
2) Voluntary Return Window
Our store accepts return requests for eligible products within 30 days from delivery.
3) Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
• unused or in resalable condition
• sent with original packaging where possible
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, these conditions may be relaxed.
4) Return Shipping and Label
For standard (non-defective) returns, return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
For defective/incorrect items, return shipping is covered by us, or alternatively a replacement shipment may be provided.
5) Return Address and Process
Due to our dropshipping operations, the return address may vary by product/supplier.

6) Refund Timeline
After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued within a maximum of 7 days to the original payment method.
7) Non-Returnable / Limited Return Items
Returns may be limited for:
• custom-made products
• hygiene-sensitive items that were opened
• damage caused by misuse
8) Delivery Issues
