As a consumer, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
This right applies under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).
How to Return
Step 1: Contact us by email at support@eomini.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: You will receive a return confirmation with instructions.
Step 3: Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal declaration to:

Step 4: After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning goods is borne by you as the buyer. We recommend insured shipping, as we cannot be held liable for loss or damage during return transit.
Condition of Goods
Goods must be returned in the condition in which you received them:
• Original packaging (if possible)
• Unused and undamaged
• All labels and tags still attached
Please note: Diminished value from inspecting the goods (e.g. trying on clothing) is acceptable, but use beyond this may result in deductions.
Refund
Refunds are processed via the original payment method:
• Credit card: Credited back to your card
• Other payment methods: Refunded via Stripe
The refund includes the purchase price and original standard shipping costs. Any express shipping costs chosen will not be refunded.
Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
• Hygiene products whose seal has been broken
• Products made to your specifications
• Perishable goods
