This limitation of liability does not apply to damages arising from injury to life, body or health.
9. User Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You confirm that information provided is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering contracts. You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials and must protect login details from unauthorized access.
10. Product Information and Availability
We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure product information, pricing, images, stock, and estimated delivery details are accurate. Minor differences (e.g., display color variations, packaging updates) may occur without constituting non-conformity.
11. Order Refusal, Cancellation, and Fraud Controls
We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders where required by law, payment verification failure, suspected fraud/abuse, pricing error, force majeure, stock inconsistency, or sanctions/compliance restrictions. In such cases, paid amounts are refunded per applicable law.
12. Pricing Errors and Manifest Mistakes
If a price or promotion is clearly erroneous (manifest error), we may cancel the affected order before dispatch and issue a refund. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
13. Promotions, Coupons, and Gift Rules
Promotional offers may be time-limited, non-transferable, and subject to anti-abuse controls. We may invalidate coupons used in violation of campaign terms, including automated exploitation, duplicate-account abuse, or manipulated referrals.
14. Digital Services and Platform Availability
Store features are provided on an "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, and security interventions that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure beyond our reasonable control.
15. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the service for unlawful acts, scraping beyond permitted limits, credential stuffing, reverse engineering for abuse, malware distribution, abusive chargeback patterns, or interference with platform integrity and other users.
16. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and software components are protected by applicable IP laws. No license is granted except limited personal, non-commercial use for placing legitimate orders and viewing store content.
17. Third-Party Services
Payment, logistics, communication, and analytics services may be provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, or uninterrupted operation beyond our contractual control.
18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating chargebacks, customers should contact support so we can resolve issues quickly. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account restrictions and legal recovery actions where permitted by law.
19. Returns, Refunds, and Inspection
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Cancellation pages and mandatory consumer law. Returned goods may be inspected for condition, completeness, and misuse before final refund determination, without limiting statutory rights.
20. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these terms, unlawful use of the platform, or infringement of third-party rights.
21. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic events, labor disputes, cyber incidents, transport disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
22. Severability and Non-Waiver
If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, remaining clauses remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not constitute waiver of any right or remedy.
23. Assignment and Business Transfer
We may assign these terms in connection with merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, provided this does not reduce mandatory consumer protections. You may not assign rights without our prior written consent.
24. Applicable Law
The law of England and Wales applies unless mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence require otherwise. Mandatory rights under EU/EEA national consumer law remain unaffected.
25. Dispute Resolution
